Dr. Lindsey Neal is a “Triple-Hoo”. She attended UVA for undergraduate studies, medical school and for residency in Family Medicine. She was selected into the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society in medical school and was awarded the Anne L. Brodie Resident Clinician Award in Family Medicine at graduation from residency. Dr. Neal is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

I practice relationship based family medicine." - Dr. Neal Dr. Neal cares deeply and loves sharing the journey of life through joy and crisis. She values continuity of care and being patient-centered. She cares for people of all ages, but has an special interest and expertise in caring for older people with complicated chronic illnesses including dementia. With ten years of medical practice experience after residency, she has developed a toolbox of strategies to help people live well with chronic illnesses. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys quilting, practicing her kung fu forms, and playing tennis with her family. Dr. Neal’s greatest joys are her kids, Cole and Ellie, and her incredible husband, John.
